Keith Solomon, Attorney at Law — Owner

Keith founded Solomon | Parks in May of 2012 and has since been taking Middle Tennessee and the title industry by storm. Keith has over 25 years of experience and his business offers over seven locations to handle residential and commercial closings for clients. He also serves as corporate counsel for Parks Realty and is a licensed Rule 31 Family and General Mediator through the Supreme Court of Tennessee. Keith is licensed in both Tennessee and Georgia.

Keith received his law degree in 1986 from Walter F. George School of Law at Mercer University and his B.A. in Business Administration at Mercer University in 1983. After graduating law school, Keith worked as a solo practitioner in Georgia, working with an emphasis in healthcare, municipal and real estate law.

Upon moving to Tennessee, and before starting Solomon | Parks in 2012, Keith owned Keith H. Solomon, P.C. and Stonegate Title, LLC, a real estate law firm in Brentwood, Tennessee, and subsequently was a partner at McCann Hubbard & Solomon, PLLC, where he focused on civil litigation, corporate and contractual law, domestic relations, residential and commercial real estate.

Keith lives in Franklin, Tennessee with his wife Tonda and they have four adult sons and two grandchildren. Keith and his wife attend Brentwood Baptist where they both enjoy singing in the choir.

Mitch Watts, Senior Managing Attorney at Law

Mitch is a 1979 graduate of the University Of Tennessee College Of Law. He attended Tennessee Technological University in Cookeville, Tennessee, where he earned his B.S. in Business Administration and a major in Accounting in 1976. Mitch began his legal career working in the Estate Planning and Probate Department of the Trust Division of Third National Bank (now known as SunTrust Bank). In 1985, he started his own general practice law firm where he concentrated in Estate Planning, Probate, Bankruptcy, and Real Estate. At the end of 2014, Mitch closed his law practice and retired. He enjoyed a three week break before joining Solomon | Parks Title & Escrow, LLC as an attorney in the Green Hills office.

Thomas Vorholt, Attorney at Law

Thomas VorholtThomas graduated from Belmont University College of Law as a member of the school’s Charter Class. In law school, he focused largely on transactional law, taking a special interest in contracts and negotiation. He graduated from Belmont Abbey College with his BA in History, minoring in Business Administration and Theatre. Over the past several years, Thomas has worked in contract, employment, and antitrust law as a legal assistant. Thomas has always carried a passion for real estate, and is excited to be advancing his legal career as an Attorney at SolomonParks. Outside of work, Thomas enjoys going to classic car shows, working on his 1977 MG, playing guitar, and spending quality time with his family.

Jonathan Medley, Attorney at Law

After receiving his undergraduate in accounting from Tennessee Technological University, Jonathan deployed to Iraq where he provided security for the U.S. Department of State and the UN. Looking for his next adventure, he enrolled in the Charter Class of Belmont University College of Law where he received the best performance award in Federal Gift and Estate Tax. After graduation Jonathan returned to Livingston, Tennessee where he practiced law. There he focused primarily family law and criminal defense before relocating to Franklin Tennessee and coming on board with Solomon/Parks. Jonathan, and his wife have one son and all three make it a goal to visit Walt Disney World as much as possible. Jonathan is proud to serve in a role where he can help families and individuals achieve a portion of the American dream that is home ownership.

Amy Farrar, Attorney at Law

Amy Farrar joined Solomon Parks in 2016. She is a cum laude graduate of both Wake Forest University and the University of Mississippi School of Law. After a clerkship with the Tennessee Supreme Court, Farrar practiced estate planning, business, employment and real estate law in a Nashville law firm for six years before opening up her own law firm on the Murfreesboro Square in 2012. Farrar continues to practice in these areas at her firm, Farrar | Wright, PLLC, and enjoys working as the Rutherford County attorney for Solomon Parks as well. Farrar is the mother of three young sons, and is married to attorney Jeff Farrar.
